These terms apply to everyone who visits keoraveda.com or buys from it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

keoraveda.com is the online store of Keoraveda, which sells nutraceutical and wellness products in India. You can contact us on +91 90561 81835 (WhatsApp or call) or at keorapharmaceuticals@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 years or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Please give accurate name, phone, email and delivery details so we can fulfil your order.

3. Products and health information

• Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Product descriptions, blog articles and answers from our website assistant are for general information only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor before starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines or have a medical condition.
• Results vary from person to person. Read the label, follow the directions for use and do not exceed the recommended intake.
• Product images are for illustration; packaging may change slightly.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are placed on WhatsApp at +91 90561 81835. We confirm your order and share payment details there before dispatch. Cash on delivery is not available.
• We may change prices or offers at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders

• An order is confirmed once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, details cannot be verified, or we suspect misuse. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
• You can cancel or change your address within 2 hours of ordering by contacting us.

6. Shipping

Delivery timelines and charges are explained on our Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier or local conditions.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds follow our Returns & Cancellations policy. For hygiene and safety, opened supplements cannot be returned. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method or to the bank account you share with us.

8. Website use

• All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Keoraveda or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Keoraveda is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
