Simple, fair rules for orders within India.
1. Raise a request
Email us your order ID and a photo showing the seal is intact.
2. Pack it safely
Place the unopened bottle in a padded envelope or box.
3. Doorstep pickup
Reverse pickup within 24 to 48 hours of approval.
4. Quality check
We process your request once the item passes our check.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or the address changed within 2 hours of ordering. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 90561 81835 or email. After dispatch, an order cannot be cancelled.
Return conditions
- Only unopened products with the outer seal intact can be returned.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.
- Damaged or wrong items: tell us with photos as soon as you receive the parcel and we will help right away.
International orders
Due to customs rules, international orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned once dispatched. If your parcel arrives damaged, share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to request a replacement review. Customs duties are non-refundable.
