Delivery & order tracking.

Shipping charges

Standard delivery is free on every order across India. Every order is packed securely to protect the capsules in transit.

Dispatch timelines

All orders verified before 12:00 PM IST are handed to our courier partners the same business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

• Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and others): 2 to 4 business days
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days

Fresh batch pre-orders

We make our products in small, fresh batches. If an item shows as pre-order, a new batch is being quality checked. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, we ship the available items first and send the rest later at no extra shipping cost.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also see your order status in My Account, or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.

International shipping

We also ship internationally. Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination. Any customs duties or import taxes at the destination are paid by the recipient.
